These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Editora LLC ("Company", "we", "us") and our website. By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Editora LLC provides professional video editing services including short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), long-form content (YouTube, podcasts), advertising videos, and motion design. Services are provided remotely.

2. Engagement Process

All engagements begin with a discovery call or message to define the scope of work
A free test video is offered to new clients before any paid commitment
Once a project is agreed upon, a brief must be provided by the client before work begins
Payment is due before delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed in writing

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide all necessary raw footage, assets, and instructions in a timely manner
Respond to revision requests and questions within a reasonable timeframe
Ensure they hold the rights to all materials submitted for editing
Not use our services for any illegal, defamatory, or harmful content

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final edited video. Editora LLC retains the right to use non-confidential work samples in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Raw footage and source files submitted by the client remain the property of the client.

5. Revisions

Pack services: 2 revisions per video are included. Additional revisions may be charged separately.
Dedicated editor plans: Unlimited revisions are included within the agreed scope.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

6. Delivery Timelines

We commit to delivering work within agreed timelines. Standard delivery is 72 hours after receipt of all required materials. Delays caused by the client (late submission of footage, slow feedback) do not constitute a breach on our part.

7. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via Stripe
All prices are in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated
Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled
Failed payments may result in suspension of services

8. Cancellation

Monthly dedicated editor plans may be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Editora LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials and project details as confidential. We will not share your content, brand assets, or business information with any third party without your explicit consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
